Dental Collective – Terms of Service

Effective Date: Membership Start Date

Welcome to Dental Collective. By enrolling as a member and completing your purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of Services

Dental Collective (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides membership-based access to preferred pricing, vendor relationships, educational opportunities, and business resources for independent dental practices and small groups. Membership benefits may evolve over time to better serve our members.

2. Membership Fees & Billing Authorization

By completing your purchase, you authorize Dental Collective to charge your credit card on a recurring basis based on the plan you selected at checkout.

  • Monthly Plan: Your card will be charged monthly on the same calendar day as your initial purchase date.
  • Annual Plan: Your card will be charged annually on the anniversary of your initial purchase date.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date billing information.

Dental Collective reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with prior notice. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this automatic renewal.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice or canceling through your member account.

  • Cancellations will take effect on the day of cancellation.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Vendor Relationships & Compensation Disclosure

Dental Collective partners with a variety of third-party vendors to provide value to its members.

Disclosure:
Dental Collective may receive compensation from vendor partners based on member purchasing activity. These fees may vary by vendor and product category.

While we strive to partner with reputable vendors, Dental Collective does not guarantee the performance, pricing, or outcomes of any third-party products or services.

6. No Guarantee of Savings or Results

Although Dental Collective aims to provide competitive pricing and valuable resources, we do not guarantee specific cost savings, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Results may vary based on individual practice decisions and vendor participation.

7. Member Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Use Dental Collective services for legitimate business purposes only
  • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or member-only information
  • Engage with vendor partners in good faith
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental Collective shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Issues arising from third-party vendor products or services

Your use of vendor services is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dental Collective, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the service or violation of this Agreement.

10. Modifications to Terms

Dental Collective reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated to members. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at our discretion if we determine a violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Dental Collective operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase and enrolling as a member, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms of Service
  • You authorize recurring billing based on your selected plan
  • You understand Dental Collective’s vendor compensation structure
